ANNULLAMENTO ORDINI
L'acquirente può annullare l'ordine entro 24 ore dalla data dell'ordine inviando un'email a: info@asports.it, specificando numero e data di ordine.
FACOLTA' DI RECESSO
L'acquirente si può avvalere del diritto di recesso, purchè ne dia comunicazione entro 14 giorni lavorativi dalla data di ricevimento della merce. Tale diritto consiste nella facoltà dell'acquirente di restituire il bene acquistato integro e in perfetto stato di conservazione, entro 14 giorni lavorativi dalla data del ricevimento della merce. Le spese di restituzione sono a carico dell'acquirente.
Il diritto di recesso si esercita con l'invio, entro il termine previsto, di una comunicazione scritta al seguente indirizzo:
Asport's Mountain Equipment di Payer Fabrizio, Via Quartier Carducci 141, 32010 Chies d'Alpago (BL) - mediante lettera raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento. La comunicazione può essere inviata, entro lo stesso termine, anche mediante telegramma o e-mail a: info@asports.it
In caso di reso si prega di indicare sempre la data e il numero dell'ordine.
Il rimborso delle somme già pagate avverrà entro 14 giorni dalla spedizione della merce da parte del consumatore.
L'acquirente non può esercitare il diritto di recesso per la fornitura di beni confezionati su misura o chiaramente personalizzati.
SOSTITUZIONE DELLA MERCE
La richiesta di sostituzione della merce ordinata deve pervenire per raccomandata A.R., o telegramma, o email a info@asports.it entro 14 giorni lavorativi dalla data di ricevimento della merce, con indicazione della data e del numero di ordine, dell'articolo (o degli articoli) da sostituire.
In caso sia stato inviato un articolo errato o difforme rispetto a quanto ordinato dall'acquirente, Asport's Mountain Equipment provvederà sia al ritiro presso il domicilio dell'acquirente sia al successivo reinvio dell'articolo corretto a proprie spese. Questa agevolazione viene applicata una sola volta per ogni articolo errato o difforme e per ogni singolo ordine. I tempi di riconsegna della merce richiesta in cambio sono subordinati alla disponibilità a magazzino della merce stessa e al suo eventuale approvvigionamento presso il produttore/fornitore; qualora l'articolo oggetto della sostituzione non sia più disponibile, né a magazzino né presso il produttore/fornitore (ad es. articoli in "Outlet"), Asport's Mountain Equipment provvederà al rimborso della somma relativa all'articolo stesso.
Se l'articolo inviato corrisponde a quanto ordinato dall'acquirente ed egli intendesse tuttavia sostituirlo con altra taglia/misura/colore, è possibile richiedere il cambio (previa disponibilità di magazzino o possibilità di approvvigionamento presso produttore/fornitore): in questo caso le spese di spedizione per la restituzione ad Asport's Mountain Equipment ed il successivo reinvio a destinazione SONO A CARICO DELL'ACQUIRENTE.
Non è prevista la sostituzione di beni confezionati su misura o chiaramente personalizzati.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal, provided that he gives notice within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. This right consists in the purchaser's right to return the purchased good intact and in perfect condition, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. The return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the deadline, a written communication to the following address:

In case of return, please always indicate the date and order number.
The reimbursement of the sums already paid will take place within 14 days from the shipment of the goods by the consumer.
The buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized.
REPLACEMENT OF GOODS
The request for replacement of the ordered goods must be sent by registered letter with return receipt, or telegram, or email to info@asports.it within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, with indication of the date and order number, of the item (or of items) to be replaced. In the event that an incorrect or different item has been sent to the one ordered by the buyer, Asport's Mountain Equipment will collect it from the buyer's home and the subsequent return of the correct item at its own expense.
This discount is applied only once for each incorrect or non-compliant item and for each individual order. The delivery times of the goods requested in exchange are subject to the availability of the goods in stock and to its possible supply from the manufacturer / supplier; if the item to be replaced is no longer available, neither in stock nor at the manufacturer / supplier (eg items in "Outlet"), Asport's Mountain Equipment will refund the amount relating to the item itself.
If the item sent corresponds to what the buyer ordered and he nevertheless intended to replace it with another size / measure / color, it is possible to request the exchange (subject to availability of stock or possibility of procurement from the manufacturer / supplier): in this case the costs shipping for the return to Asport's Mountain Equipment and the subsequent return to destination ARE TO BE CHARGED BY THE BUYER.
There is no replacement for goods made to measure or clearly personalized.
PRIVACY AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA
Asport's Mountain Equipment respects the privacy of its customers (or registered users): all data provided are treated in accordance with Legislative Decree 196/2003 and used only with the explicit consent of the customer. By law, however, we are required to specify the following: "Your personal data - provided by you at the time of registration - will be used by Asport's Mountain Equipment di Payer Fabrizio in full compliance with the fundamental principles, dictated by Legislative Decree 196/2003 for the protection of personal data ".
